5-Year Limited Warranty (MR / AR / ER Retractable - Adventure Series)
JCWin Auto offers a 5-Year Limited Warranty on our MR, AR, and ER Retractable - Adventure Series tonneau covers. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when installed correctly using JCWin Auto parts and instructions.
Important: Warranty is valid only for products purchased through authorized JCWin Auto dealers. Items bought from unauthorized sellers may be used, incomplete, or counterfeit—these are not covered. Warranty is non-transferable.
3-Year Limited Warranty (MB Retractable & Rack Systems)
Our MB Retractable covers and compatible rack systems are covered under a 3-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty includes defects in craftsmanship and materials, with the same terms and exclusions as our 5-year warranty above.
We strongly recommend professional installation for all JCWin Auto products. Damage from incorrect or non-professional installation is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
The warranty does not cover damage due to:

Accidents or misuse

Improper installation/removal or unauthorized modifications

Natural wear and tear

External interference from other accessories or trailers

Consequential damages or loss due to product failure
Situations that void the warranty include:

Wind whip damage: Always secure the cover before driving.

Incorrect clamp use: Clamps must fully grip the inside truck bed lip.

Driving with cover unsecured: Safety straps/buckles must be fastened when cover is open.

Cargo overload: Never place cargo directly on the cover.

Opening the cover with debris: Remove snow, ice, or other materials first.

Improper cleaning methods: Use mild soap and water. Avoid brush-style car washes and silicone-based cleaners, which may damage surface materials.
Fading Warranty: Tonneau covers are covered for color fading for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.
1-Year Limited Warranty (LED Lighting Products)
JCWin Auto provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on our LED accessories. If a defect is confirmed within one year of purchase, we will provide a replacement (no refunds). All warranty actions must be approved through our Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
Frequently Asked Questions
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Please send the incorrect product back to us. Once we receive it, we’ll process an exchange promptly. If a replacement is not available within three weeks, you’ll receive a full refund.
My product is defective. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, if the item is faulty due to manufacturing issues, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please contact customer service to obtain an RMA number for processing.
How long is an RMA valid?
An RMA number is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Contact us to receive return instructions and address any questions.
Can I exchange something I bought more than a month ago?
Exchanges are only approved for defective items reported within 90 days of purchase. Professional installation is highly encouraged. Items returned must meet the following criteria:

No installation-related damage

Items found not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Damaged or Missing Products

Check your order within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts immediately.

We are not responsible for claims made more than 21 business days after delivery.

If a package arrives damaged in your absence, contact the shipping carrier directly for a return.

For lost or stolen deliveries, you must file a claim with the carrier. JCWin Auto is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
