Shipping & Delivery

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

Most orders are shipped through UPS and USPS services. We also offer shipping to Puerto Rico (PR), Hawaii (HI), and Alaska (AK), with additional shipping charges determined by individual shipping quotes.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses or the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI). While we make every effort to identify and cancel restricted orders before shipment, we cannot guarantee interception once processing has begun. Any delivery issues resulting from orders placed to restricted locations will be the responsibility of the customer.

For shipments to Puerto Rico, please contact our customer support team before placing your order to receive an accurate shipping quote and avoid potential delays or cancellations.

Orders placed through our Canada store are shipped from Calgary, Canada using UPS or Canada Post services. At this time, we are unable to deliver to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Newfoundland and Labrador.


What Shipping Options Are Available?

JCWIN AUTO uses designated shipping carriers based on the product and destination. Customers are unable to request alternative carriers; however, expedited shipping may be available for select products at checkout. Please refer to the individual product page for expedited shipping availability.


How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Order Placement

Orders can be placed online 24/7 or by phone and email during business hours. Once your order is successfully submitted, a confirmation email will be sent automatically.

Order Processing (1–2 Business Days)

During processing, we:

  • Verify order information
  • Confirm inventory availability
  • Process and validate payment
  • Forward the order for warehouse fulfillment

Order Fulfillment (1–2 Business Days)

Our warehouse team will:

  • Pick and prepare your items
  • Perform a quality inspection
  • Securely package the shipment for delivery

Shipping & Delivery (5–7 Business Days)

Once shipped, orders are delivered using the selected shipping service.

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for select products at an additional cost
  • Tracking information will be emailed once the shipment is dispatched

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays.


Additional Shipping Information

Overnight Shipping

For next-business-day shipping, orders must be placed before:

  • 1:00 PM Eastern Time
  • 10:00 AM Pacific Time

Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday to qualify.

Bulk Orders

Large or bulk orders may require an extended fulfillment timeframe of approximately 10–14 business days.

Delivery Exceptions

Business days do not include weekends or national holidays. Delivery estimates are subject to change during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.


Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Certain products may be available for pre-order and will ship according to the estimated availability date listed on the product page.

Please note:

  • Pre-order items may require extended processing and fulfillment times
  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise specified
  • Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment confirmation

Over 90% of orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days for faster delivery service.


Is Combined Shipping Available?

Items purchased within the same order will typically ship together whenever possible. If you have placed multiple separate orders, combined shipping arrangements may be available after full payment has been received for all purchases.

Has My Order Been Shipped?

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Depending on the shipment type and destination, orders will typically be delivered using UPS or USPS services.

You may track your shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking system using the provided tracking number.


What Happens if a Shipment Is Refused or Undeliverable?

Refused or undeliverable shipments are not eligible for refunds. Returned packages will be held until additional shipping fees are paid for re-delivery.

If a shipment requires an address correction after it has already been dispatched through no fault of JCWIN AUTO, any carrier address correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
